Welcome to the all new website of Perth County Cricket Club or Perthshire as they are perhaps more commonly known.

We play our cricket on the historic and picturesque setting of the North Inch. Due to vandalism of our nets last year, we have been granted access to Doocot Park for practice facilities for which we thank the Gannochy Trust. We will be sharing net practice with Mayfield and Northern on Wednesday nights commencing on 16th April. In addition we must thank Glenalmond College for giving us access to their net facilities if required - further details will be known in due course but we would ask that all players conform to any conditions/regulations which are laid down.

The Club run two teams - the First XI on Saturdays in the Premier Division of the Strathmore Perthshire Union and our Second XI on Sundays in the second Division of the Strathmore Perthshire Union. We welcome any new players to the Club.

We operate a Junior section with coaching/practice nights held throughout the Summer each Thursday evening and starting this year on 24th April - sessions are from 6pm to 8pm and cost £1. Last year we played a full programme of Under 13 fixtures in the Fife League. This year we have teams entered in the league at both under 13 and 15 age groups. Hopefully some under 11 matches can be organised and teams will be entered for Kwik Cricket events at various local venues on Sundays. We welcome all boys and girls who wish to come down and try cricket. Qualified coaches will be on hand to run the sessions which were enjoyed by all the youngsters who attended last season. Our Child Protection Policy is available on request and hopefully on line in the future.

Moving to Perth ? Why not come and join us in 2008.
